Why? TRAPPED IN THE MAGNET PRISON! You’re sitting between the two biggest levels on the board (730M combined). This is the DEFINITION of chop zone. Strong trend is harder to form here. Let it break out first.
This is a 5-point NO-FLY ZONE until one side breaks.
🐻 IF BEARS TEST THE FORTRESS:
Watch: Price drops to 692, then 690
Confirm: Does 690 HOLD or BREAK?
Trade: If 690 HOLDS = bounce back to 692-693. If BREAKS = freefall to 684-680
Example: SPY drops to 690.25 at 11:30 AM, bounces to 691.50 by 11:40 AM = FORTRESS HOLDS
🔴 IF 690 FORTRESS BREAKS:
Watch: Price BREAKS 690 and drops to 689.50
Confirm: Stays below 690 for 5+ minutes
Trade: Target 685, then 684, then 680 (freefall zone)
Example: SPY breaks 690, drops to 689.40 at 2:00 PM, still below 690 at 2:05 PM = BEARS IN FULL CONTROL

STEP 1: Put levels in TradingView
STEP 2: Open IKIGAI Master QZ Structure
STEP 3: Watch Q Box 7 on 5-min chart (paid users only)
STEP 4: Watch for breakout above 693.21 OR breakdown below 690
STEP 5: Confirm it HOLDS for 5+ minutes
STEP 6: Trade the direction

⚠️ Scenario 1: CHOP in the 690-695 magnet prison (highest probability – between giants)
✅ Scenario 2: Break above 693.21 flip, test 695 wall
